Together, weβll form a sacred circle where guided drumming will help you connect to the spirit world π. Prepare to lay back on your yoga mats or cushions and experience a journey back to balance and harmony π±π«.

1. Yoga mat, Moon Pod, or cushion π§
2. Sleep mask or bandana to cover your eyes π΄
3. Enclosed water bottle π§
4. Journal & pen (blue, purple, pink, or green ink) πβοΈ
5. Comfortable clothing π
6. Rattle (optional) π₯
7. Personal power item or totem (crystal, feather, etc.) π
