Cutting Cords to clear the energy field around your body. You will need two tools for this one. A knife (preferably an athame or a knife that is sacred to you) and a piece of Selenite. I prefer to use my Obsidian knife I got on one of my sacred journeys and a Selenite Wand, which is a long piece of raw Selenite.
Being an empath, I have been known to pick up other people's energy. When I feel out of sorts or overly emotional for no reason, I know it’s time to cut some cords. Here is how this process is done.
You can go outside if possible. However, anywhere will work.
Please point your knife toward the sun, and call on Archangel Michael to come and help you with this cord-cutting process. If you want to call in any of your guides that you feel more comfortable or connected with, then, do it. I want to ask him for his help in cutting the cords of the people I have been attached to and who are attached to me. I ask him only to cut the cords, causing me harm and interfering with my energy field. I start at the top of my head and work my way down my body until I reach the bottom of my feet. I then pick up my Selenite wand and ask Archangel Raphael to assist me with healing any holes I may have in my energy field. I visualize all the dark spots or holes in my aura filled in. After my aura is filled in.
This is a great process to use whenever you are anxious or scattered.
