Outstanding pretty much sums it up from go to whoa. The guys that came to do the install were professional and prompt, our Panasonic ducted heating/AC system was installed without a hiccup. The office staff were happy to answer all questions and alter our requirements without a fuss. 110% recommend this company.

Travis from Mint Air-Conditioning was wonderful, he did an excellent job on my air-conditioner service and also installed my remote control gratis. I was very impressed with the service at every level from first phone call to admin to arranging the booking and the service itself. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. They fitted me in within a few days and got back to me before any other companies. I would definitely use Mint again. Thank you everyone for your fabulous work and fantastic customer service.

Competent business who ensure only competent trades and subbies on the job. Strong recommendation- use them Mint did a quote Sep25, and install late October25 of a new single Panasonic split-system (~7kw) into an apartment in a 12- unit complex in MacRobertson Rd , Mawson. Because it was a replacement from the original build fit out of a split-system, there were some complications discovered on installation day which meant some variation on my scope and their quote. This was sorted out smoothly . Good job. Particularly good that Mint could work well setting the job up from interstate, as that apartment only gets casual business use. Conner did an outstanding job with our very difficult multi‑split system, a problem several other companies failed to diagnose or fix. He was professional, honest and reliable throughout. After being given incorrect advice elsewhere, Mint stepped in and solved an issue we were told required a full replacement, saving us thousands. We also received a thorough service report with photos. Highly impressed and very grateful.

New air conditioner (split system) installed today, and I’m an extremely happy customer. Got a booking weeks earlier than others I contacted. When installing the system this morning, they even allowed my 3yo son to ‘help’. Very neat job on the install, no mess left behind & they were polite & very professional. A little mix up with the booking meant the electrician wasnt booked for the job. Busy time of year, and I’m sure other companies may have said sorry we’ll be back another day. But instead the electrician was here well after his finish time to complete the job on the same day. With a heatwave & hot nights impacting our sleep this was very much appreciated. Thanks guys!

Mint Airconditioning has just completed a service and clean to our system, and they were outstanding. Already I can feel and smell the difference, the worker was quick, polite, and punctual. Excellent service and price.

I am very happy that we decided to go with Mint for our ducted AC system. We had an evaporative cooler and gas heater removed and replaced with a Panasonic reverse cycle. We decided to go with Mint because they offered a compelling package that saved us time and effort. The two day install was a breeze, and everyone was prompt, considerate, efficient, and hard working. We have enjoyed the system so far and are ready for whatever temperatures Canberra throws at us.
