Minooka Pools did a liner change and some plumbing repair, and painted my coping on my 15 year old pool. It looks like a brand new pool. Jeremy is a true craftsman at his trade. The liner fits perfectly and looks fantastic. So much more than I even hoped for. Their customer service and expertise is awesome. I would highly recommend them.

If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy company to install your in-ground pool - you have found your company! 10/10 I would hire Jeremy and his team over and over again. From the moment I first spoke to Jeremy, I knew I was in good hands. I was walked through every step of the process from day 1, and had all of my questions answered along the way. Jeremy, with his vast pool and chemical knowledge has shown me soooo much since I’ve switched over to salt water. He and Marco have helped me to achieve a crystal clear pool!! We used Minooka Pools to change our sand filter in July. Jeremy explained the different filters and recommended we change to a cartridge system. Our filter and pool mechanics our located in our basement. Jeremy and Marco did an excellent job, it was not too costly, and they rerouted our plumbing and removed all the sand and old filter. The job was done efficiently. They cleaned up everything when finished. Our pool never looked better. The water actually sparkled. We used less chemicals also. My husband is 77, so this year, we had Minooka Pools come back and winterize and close the pool. Jeremy and Marco returned and did a wonderful job. They were finished in an hour. Taking time to explain each step to my husband. We are so pleased! The cost is reasonable and we decided to have them put winter cover on. You have the option to do it yourself. They supply chemicals. They blow the lines completely. I am very satisfied and will be happy that they will be coming back in spring! Great business! Problem solvers, and offer various solutions keeping in mind that we our seniors on a fixed income!

Have nothing but good things to say about this company. Professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Put in my new liner and was very pleased with product and installation. Hope to be using them for a long time.

Jeremy is the BEST!! We moved into a new home with a pool and hot tub and never owned either. With Jeremy and his team we got a new liner, salt cell, and have so much knowledge to properly maintain our pool. They are beyond helpful and nice. My kids loved waving to them the few days they were here with the liner. We will not use anyone besides Minooka pools.

Absolutely the best, friendliest, most knowledgable and so quick to respond. They didn’t put in my pool but I wish I had their knowledge and recommendations in my corner when I did. First time pool owner here and I am very happy with Minooka Pools. The customer service is absolutely amazing. Timely respond, kind, and patient. I had a lot of questions and everyone that I have spoken to went above and beyond. It is refreshing to work with a company that sees you as a person and not just another person to sell to. I gained so much useful information from Mike, Joe, Jeremy, Marco and the whole crew. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Had Jeremy out today to service our hot tub. He throughly explained what was going on and fixed my issue. Very honest, very efficient 10/10. I recommend Minooka Pools to everyone.

Jeremy and his team are amazing. My husband and I have been through a few pool guys since purchasing our home with an in ground salt water pool. These pool guys know their stuff and impressed the socks off my husband. They are worth what they charge and then some for the great work they do. Additionally, the company has a whole online payment and scheduling system which is legit. Lastly, we have a hot tub that needed maintenance and they took care of that as well. Jeremy and his guys are fast, professional and well educated on what they do.
