Every time I’ve used them, they have been a few minutes late. The last time, my taxi, booked for 6am, didn’t turn up at all and the controller kept telling me the driver was a few minutes away. He was also very rude. A driver eventually turned up over 20 minutes late, by which time I had missed my train to Gatwick airport. The driver was booked via uber so clearly they had forgotten to order my taxi which was paid for on the app and in advance.
I’ve since written a complaint and requested a refund and not received a response.
I chased and have almost 2 months later, still no response.
Mistakes happen but how you deal with it matters. Terrible customer service and refusing to own it is amateur and I’ll never use your company, or recommend you to anyone, again.
