Try this quick grounding exercise you can do anywhere:
1️⃣ Breathe in slowly for 4 counts.
2️⃣ Hold for 2 counts.
3️⃣ Exhale gently for 6 counts.
4️⃣ Repeat 3–5 times.
Notice how your body feels as you exhale tension and invite calm back in. 🌿 Small moments of mindfulness can create big shifts in how you feel throughout the day.
