You woke up in the morning to my keys still locked in my car from last night. I called Lockstar and in less than a half hour there was a technician at my house who was very polite, he took maybe 2 minutes to get my keys out, I paid and I was on my way! Excellent service!

David was very prompt and had excellent communication. He let me know when he was on his way and when he was close. When he got here he got straight to business and talked me through what he was doing. 10 out of 10 service. Excellent!!

They sent a technician within 10 minutes and they quickly opened my car to get me my keys. Very good and fast service.

Very fast. I only had one FOB and the circuit board had fallen out somehow when it was dropped. I could not turn my car on and was stranded. They came to me in about an hour and was able to program a new fob in like 15 minutes. The other place we had talked to had told me since I didn’t have any working FOB, I’d have to buy two and there was no way to program it without at least one working FOB. Luckily that was not true. I was off and driving again in no time. I really thought that I was going to be screwed. What could have taken days took 15 mins. Only thing is that since it’s an “after market” FOB is that it says there is a key malfunction on my dash— but it does work just fine. I will see if I can clear the message from my car. I’m just happy to be driving again.

Great service and so sorry about the door, I didn’t realize that I had to push the lock back in and it seemed that it was hanging cause the lock wasn’t connecting to the other part so sorry about that, overall great service he opens the door in less than a minute.

Absolutely AMAZING! Prompt, punctual, and VERY POLITE! These men saved my day. THEY Knew exactly what they were doing and came back IMMEDIATELY when the key didn't work properly to unlock the car by the fob (yes it did work before they left). I had horrible experience the day prior with another locksmith (not at all affiliated with this company) and these gentlemen were kind, attentive, and upfront with prices and options. I WILL ONLY USE THIS EXACT COMPANY IF NEED BE IN THE FUTURE. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!!!
