James came to inspect our home for possible bed bugs. He was friendly, sincere, and very respectful, as well as gave our home a thorough inspection. In the process, he also educated us. Thankfully, no signs of bed bugs. We will call Miller Pest Solutions if an exterminator is needed in the future.

Today, I transferred my pest control service to Miller Pest Control. They sent out Austin and James, and rarely am I impressed with service that I right a review but, Wow, I called their office and I’m writing a review. These two guys went above and beyond any kind of pest control service I have ever received as a homeowner of 45+ years!! I learned so many new things. They even treated my house plants. I highly recommend Miller Pest Control and Austin and James their Service Technicians.

Now it’s cold and I found a mouse in my kitchen this morning. According to Miller when I called “it’s cold now and they can find ways in, we cant 100% guarantee they won’t get in” So what do we pay you monthly for? Just to walk around the outside of my house with a trainee and get paid to not keep rodents out of my house?? If I’m paying, and you CLAIM to get rid of pests then you have failed. Update. The guy who just came was very nice and did what he could do yet found mice droppings. Again I ask, what do we pay monthly for? I thought we paid to keep mice out of our house not to pay for you to come and lie to us every month. Plus you can’t put more actual boxes in my house only sticky boxes? So do I call you to come check them every day and remove them if I have any? Update. Same guy came yesterday. He walked me around the outside of my house and in my garage, showed me the problem areas and did everything he could and I am very appreciative. We now know what to do! Thank you so much Miller guy! You were great dealing with me and understanding my distress.

James was very friendly and professional and helped answer all my questions! Would absolutely recommend Miller Pest and specifically, James! Our dog, Honey, loved him too! 😃

Raymond was awesome! He was super kind and diligent. I super appreciated how he treated my dog - a large pit bull. She loved him And wanted to follow him around the entire time. It’s so nice to see someone who cares about all members of a household! Miller is a great value for their service!

James from Miller Pest has been to my house several times and has been very thorough and efficient each time. He explained everything quite well, and our Yellowjacket ground nest was taken care of with no stings (aftermath in picture)! It was no joke! James is friendly and very easy to communicate with during visits. He made sure I had his card and number for any follow-up questions.
