110% recommend! They make the process quick and stress free. Even though I caused a few bumps in the road with not understanding certain things I needed to include in the filling they made it super easy to fix and they don’t make you feel stupid. Do not go in there thinking they’re gonna be super nice and hold your hand, they have a job to do for many clients so take that into consideration. John is stern but very fair and Lisa is helpful and quick with response when you leave voicemails or emails. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Lisa added me to a bankruptcy that was intended only for my husband and without my consent -filed in error. Mistakes like this are highly unacceptable. The pair are rude and I would never recommend them. Watch your invoices as they double bill.

Him and his little secretary in my opinion were extremely rude from the beginning. On my first visit I actually felt like I had to ask if I offended him. He would not answer my questions and was very rude when telling me what “I needed to do”. His secretary not any different. She was very rude as well. My last experience with him was the interview with the judge where John harshly TOLD me “you sit there”, then when it was over he harshly told me to sit in a different chair. I had questions he acted like I was “bothering” him about. I asked him a question after the interview with the judge and he got up and left the room without saying a word (I’ll be right back, anything at all) so I left and he came out to get his next client and while I was leaving he asked very rudely “Do you have a problem”. Stay clear of this firm.

My only regret with contacting Miller Law Firm for help was not doing it sooner! Both John and Lisa were amazing people to deal with. They made me feel comfortable from the very start by being kind, understanding, nonjudgmental and very willing to help me. The price for their service was very reasonable, and they made the whole process easy from start to finish by guiding me step by step through the entire process. They were only a phone call away if I had any questions or needed any help. Miller Law Firm has done thousands of both chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, and because of their knowledge and expertise, I was able to keep the assets that were important to me, and had my debt discharged quickly. The process was fast and efficient, and they got everything filed quickly after payment. However, once they had our money, communication dropped off significantly. Customer service was minimal. I had to follow up multiple times for updates, and responses were slow or unresponsive. It seemed like the focus was more on closing the deal than providing consistent support throughout the bankruptcy process. While I understand that legal firms can be busy, I expected a bit more transparency and attentiveness—especially during a stressful financial situation where guidance and reassurance are key. If you want something done quickly, they deliver—but don’t expect much in terms of support or communication after you’ve paid.

Jim was great explaining the whole process and Cindy his secretary was awesome they made the process very easy and comfortable in an uncomfortable situation I appreciate everything they said
