I am forever grateful to Millcreek Veterinary Clinic and Urgent Care. We brought our cat, Shadow, in during a sudden emergency with no appointment and no down payment, and they welcomed us without hesitation. They could see we weren’t in a financial spot to pay at the moment, yet their first concern was making sure Shadow got the care he needed—before even discussing payment. When it became clear that the kindest option for Shadow was to put him to sleep, the vet and staff were incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding. They gave us as much time as we needed with Shadow, making an unbearably heartbreaking moment just a little more bearable. Their empathy and care went above and beyond, and because of them, I will be bringing all my other pets here from now on. They truly treat both animals and their humans with love, respect, and kindness.

Millcreek Vet was there for us when our Great Pyr’s back dew claw had grown into his pad, was bleeding and refused to let us touch it. First to help was receptionist, Allyson, who was so very welcoming and kind. It was a Sunday so it got a little busy but the vet took incredible care of Juno and explained things so well to us. We were so impressed with this urgent care visit that we may move all of our care here. We would highly recommend this clinic!
