Had the best experience with Milla Construction. Communication was the best. They messaged me shortly after doing an online estimate request. From the day of request to the day of job start and finish it was less than a week! The workers were very respectful/ professional and did everything in a timely manner. The price point was amazing for all the work that was done. I Have already shared their info with our friends and will def. Use them for future work.

We had a replacement concrete walkway, replacement cinder block retaining wall (with concrete skim) and concrete steps from an existing door installed by the Milla team. The experience from start to finish was very positive. We had a quote within 48 hours of requesting one, the work started on time, the final price was as quoted, and communication was excellent. The team worked extremely hard and cleaned up after. We are very happy with the finished work!

Great experience with the entire Milla Construction team. Jose, the company owner was easy to work with, made suggestions that were helpful in achieving the final the project we wanted, a driveway and removal and replacement of our entrance walkway, which was accomplished in 2 days. He has high marks from satisfied customers on Thumbtack, a great BBB rating, is licensed, insured (and provided us with the insurance certificate shortly after we signed the contract), handled everything about the permit and bond with the County, and the warranty on his work can’t be beat. He uses a high-quality concrete vendor – Shuster, and commercial grade concrete. His team did very clean work and accommodated our request to have our driveway follow the grade of our yard. We highly recommend him, and think that you’ll be pleased if you choose Milla Construction for your concrete needs.

The contract process was smooth and straightforward, the project started right on schedule, and the work was completed efficiently, cleanly, and quickly. Jose kept me updated throughout with regular comments and photos, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that I know. Jose and his lovely wife Andrea were amazing when they first came by for an estimate. Explained everything to me as far as how the job is done. They also have a pretty sweet puppy. The men that did the job were so professional and again explained as they went along. 2 of the young men while waiting for the cement truck were kind enough to clip all the vegetation hanging over my fence line from my neighbors yard. They did this of their own accord and what a great help. They made sure the site was clean down to the littlest piece of dirt in the driveway. I feel as if I would have given them the job no matter the price but I feel as if the price was very reasonable.

I had my old driveway, sidewalk and steps replaced with new concrete by Milla Construction. I am very pleased with the result. Jose and all the workers were very professional and the project was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

n April 2023, I hired contractor Jose to perform a complete replacement of the concrete in my backyard at a cost of several thousand dollars. The work was completed with a warranty provided by the contractor. However, by June 2023 — just two months after the project’s completion — I noticed a visible crack had developed in the newly poured concrete. I immediately contacted Jose to report the issue. He initially acknowledged my concern and stated that he would inspect the crack, but he never showed up as promised. Over the following months, I made numerous attempts to reach him through phone calls and text messages, but received no response. By February 2025 — more than a year and a half later — the crack had significantly worsened. After countless attempts to contact him, Jose finally replied via text message. He denied any responsibility for the damage and claimed that the crack was not the result of poor workmanship or defective materials, despite the fact that the work was performed under warranty. My repeated efforts to discuss the issue and seek a resolution were unsuccessful, as he continued to refuse accountability.

Milla Construction Company is professional, reasonably priced and has great vision. The workers are prompt and always clean the area at the end of the day. My home improvements have greatly enhanced our living space and enjoyment of our home.
