Damien was the best. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, what to look out for when shopping for both new construction and resale, what builders to stay away from and what builders in the area build quality homes. He worked tirelessly to keep us informed and answer any of our questions, and set up as many house tours until we found one that we fell in love with.

I elected to run with Military Realty for my home sale as they were my realtor when I purchased in Mar 2020. Shannan fulfilled our basic needs and ensured all needed paperwork was filed on time. At one point, she provided me an estimate at close document which showed I would owe 26k at closing. I had to proofread the entries to ensure a more accurate amount. When it came to close, we were not afforded an opportunity to close with the buyers despite Shannan having that info a week prior. Communication was good but sparse. 1-2 weeks would pass before we would hear from her.

I worked with Shannan in the past selling a home and her area insight and knowledge or the real estate market were second to none. We meet and discussed in great detail what I wanted in t a new home and she sent me recommendations daily that meat all of my requirements. When I decided on a home and made an offer she was incredibly responsive with any questions and made sure I knew daily what was happening and made the process by far the easiest home buying experience I've had in the 5 homes I've bought.
