Update: Came back and this time had Ann do my nails and she is the sweetest and did a great job on my nails so highly recommend her if you need your nails done. This was my first time here and I was very impressed from check in to the atmosphere and everyone being friendly and professional. Tam did my pedicure and she was amazing, attentive and Vela did my nails and she was also great and matched the design very well to what I wanted. Complementary drinks, snacks, and easy check out process so I definitely will be back and even bring my friends next time with me. Also bonus points for not trying to upsale you to a higher service and offering a 10% military discount.

I looked through the reviews before going in and was genuinely excited to check this nail spa out. I can honestly say it was everything and MORE than I expected! The space is very clean, spacious, well-organized, and the customer service is top-notch. I especially loved that their drink menu goes beyond alcoholic options, which really shows consideration for diverse clientele. My nail tech, Nini, was absolutely amazing. She was professional, patient, and attentive, especially since I was coming in with previous work done at another nail spa here in Austin, which is actually what led me to try this location instead. We spent quite a bit of time together, and I felt completely cared for the entire visit. I chose their Organic Spa Pedicure, and when the tray came out complete with organic fruit, oils, steam mask, Chanel No. 5 lotion, and even champagne, I knew I was in for a true luxury experience. I do not even know what champagne does for a pedicure, but I was feeling myself and absolutely loving the vibe. The foot massage was beautiful, and the biggest surprise was being taken into a separate room for a final 15-minute massage before leaving. That alone elevated the entire experience. If you are looking to have a self-care day and are not pressed for time, I highly recommend going here to relax and enjoy everything this place offers. I have officially found my go-to nail spa, and will be sticking with Nini as long as she’s there.

I love this salon. Everyone is top notch. All the technicians are beautifully trained and do great work. It is a little pricey but the quality makes it worth it. Upfront pricing also keeps you from being surprised at the end. I recommend this salon to everyone I know 10/26 - another amazing job!!! Ryan did so great!! Super impressed with the design!!

Overall was really good. Loved the timed massage options so you knew exactly what you were getting. Went for a date with my husband while on vacation. My gal, Amanda, did a good job, but will do better once she learns the programs and to communicate better. I would have preferred a bit more strength with my massage, but that may just be me. It seemed as thow she was fairly new, but the others helped her know her responsibilities and to communicate. They all seemed to work together well and support each other. Overall great experience for reasonable price. My husband's experience was "awesome all the way around". Would definitely go back. Wish we had such great options near my home.

First time customer at this salon and I had Annie as my nail tech. Honestly so ecstatic that I chose to go here because Annie did such a phenomenal job!! She greatly exceeded my expectations - she’s so detailed and made sure I was happy throughout the whole process. Also very knowledgeable and caring :) Will definitely be a returning customer!

First time and had great experience! This place is massive but very clean. Was asked if I needed anything to drink and shown a menu. I walked in and was surprised to be seated promptly with how busy it was. I only did the express mani pedi with gel but all the trays were so cute and festive for advance options. Everyone looked all cute and festive for Xmas! My nails and toes look great. I was even asked at checkout if I need a to go drink! Great customer service and seems to be a well oiled machine how it’s run!

Everyone here is absolutely amazing! So far, Ryan, Bao, Ken, Emily, and Ray have all done my manicures and pedicures, and each one has been exceptional. Every technician here is talented and detail-oriented, so you never have to worry about getting a less skilled tech. The entire team is always so welcoming and professional, and the salon itself is gorgeous—clean, stylish, and relaxing. I can’t recommend this place enough!

If you are looking for incredible nail art, look no further! The artists here are so talented and creative. I came in with a complex design request, and they executed it flawlessly with so much patience. Not only is the art beautiful, but the products they use also feel premium and don't damage my natural nails. The salon is hygienic, and they use sterilized tools for every client, which is very important to me. Five stars for the service, talent, and cleanliness!

I hadn’t gotten my nails done in years, I had never gotten exactly what I wanted. I’ve come back regularly three times getting beautiful acrylics with nail art and they’ve done it perfectly each time. Ken was my last tech and he was so thorough and nice! Highly recommend going to him or any of the other techs here.

I received the Regular Royal pedicure and was sooo satisfied that I added on the massage upgrade with the Chanel lotion! My legs look great and feel soo smooth. This was an excellent way to end the weekend and we'll worth the trip. The set up was beautiful and Tina took the time to explain each part of the process and why it was so good for my skin. Will definitely add Milano to my list of regular stops when I visit Austin.
