I would like to start by saying that while I have not yet personally met Mike, I have spoken to him on the phone and communicated via text. I reached out to Mike this past Wednesday seeking mowing service for my elderly parents in Powell, TN after reading his 5 Star reviews. Well, now I understand why he earns 5 stars! Despite being very busy, he called me the same day and went to my parents home that evening. He called me back while on site and provided with an excellent quote to take care of my parents corner lot yard. He serviced their yard yesterday! My 85 yr old dad was so happy with Mike and his crew that he called me last night to tell me thank you so much for finding Mike! This morning my mom’s caretaker arrived at their house and she sent me a text saying how absolutely fantastic my parents yard looked. I knew right then that I had made the right choice. Mike is very personable, professional, prompt and does an absolutely OUTSTANDING JOB! Thank you Mike for taking such great care of my parents yard. This is my first time using Mike for lawn care and lemme tell you, my yard was overgrown, hadn't been mown in weeks and weeks, due to multiple obligations on my part, and without having even met Mike, he scheduled me in less than a week and did a UNBELIEVABLE job on my yard! It looks like a completely different lawn - I was blown away. He went above and beyond and because he did, I paid him more than he quoted (adding a much deserved tip). Absolutely amazing work by these gentlemen! Mike was responsive to my phone calls and squeezed us in on a rush landscape rehab job. They mowed and cleared a lot of brush that was so high we couldn’t see the dogs when they were out. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
