Trying to “pop” your own back might feel good at the moment, but it is not doing what you think it is. 🤔
Most of the time, the joint that actually needs to move stays stuck. Instead, the joints above and below it are the ones moving. Over time, those areas can become overly mobile, while the original problem never truly gets addressed. That is when the cycle continues and the same tension keeps coming back.
When I deliver an adjustment, it is very specific. I am identifying exactly what needs to move, along with the precise angle and line of drive to restore proper motion. 🧠
