It reminds me of when the WiFi cuts out right as your kid is about to beat the final level of their game. Total chaos. Frustration everywhere. Nothing works the way it should. 😩
In any relationship, communication matters. The same is true for the brain, body, and nervous system. The brain sends signals out, the body sends messages back, and everything depends on that connection being clear. When the signals do not get where they need to go, things start to malfunction. 💔
