Gabriel and everyone over at MARS did an incredible job with our home! We discovered our house-to-be had asbestos insulated wrapped ducts which needed to be inspected, tested, and likely remediated in order to purchase the house. Ultimately, we had the ducts removed by MARS and the team did an absolute bang up job. Timely, thorough, efficient, cleaned up perfectly after they left, and all for a fair price. I would highly recommend MARS for asbestos abatement (any probably of their services!)

They were able to come do testing in less than 24 hrs and had the results within a couple of hours. My results came back with no evidence of asbestos. I would work with them in the future, if their services are needed.

I was in the middle of a flooring project and at the last minute, asbestos tile was found. I was able to get a hold of this company and had a team out there same day for a test (Thursday). Got the results quickly and had a team out there first thing Monday morning(which was today). The team was on time and thorough. Cruz was my contact point and he was clear and fast the whole time. I'd highly recommend MARS. We called and got a quick and accurate quote over the phone that was inline with multiple other companies. They were able to come out two days later to abate a large room. Their workers arrived on time, and they were friendly, fast, and professional. I'd definitely call on them again.

I discovered that my home of 35 years had at some point in the past had asbestos tile laid in the basement. The MARS team walked me through the process of asbestos abatement. MARS acquired the permit from the state to conduct the asbestos abatement, scheduled a day to do the work and arrived as promised. Max, the project manager, explained what was to be done and organized his crew to get the job done. Max and his crew were very well organized, prepped the rooms to be abated and conducted the abatement efficiently and professionally. My basement was left clean with no debris and the abated material was completely removed. The final IEPA air quality test results were emailed to me the next day. I was completely satisfied with the handling of the entire project and the MARS crew was polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an abatement performed.

MARS was great and would highly recommend. I live in an older house in Logan Square and I had a room with asbestos floor tiles that all needed to be removed. They responded quickly when I called and had someone out the next day to provide a firm estimate (which was very reasonable). Once I accepted the estimate, they were able to get the job scheduled for the next week (they could have done it sooner but were kind enough to even accommodated my schedule). The work was done quickly and professionally and I am more than happy with the results.

Following a back-up of the sanitary sewer into our 63 year-old home, we discovered that the ruined floor tiles were asbestos, the removal of which required an abatement service. After obtaining three bids, we selected MARS, whose bid was the most reasonable. Their service was first-rate: basement air was contained and evacuated, tiles were removed, and mastic was removed, leaving only bare concrete.
