Cannot say enough good things about Midlands Roofing & Exteriors. We hired them to replace our siding. They were professional, personable, thorough, competitive with pricing, great with communication, and did an amazing job. The quoting process with Brandon was a great experience. We got several other quotes from companies but Brandon was the best at walking us through the project, following up with answers to our questions, and not selling us on things we truly didn't need. The owner, Chris, came out with his team and walked us through the project himself once our contract was signed. He was very passionate about us being informed and satisfied. And our project manager, Cody, was at the job everyday managing the entire process. He was so quick to communicate every progress report to me and truly had our best interest in mind the entire time. The work crew was so impressive and respectful. And our home looks amazingly transformed. This was such an incredible experience from start to end.

The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair. It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price. On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made. They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable. By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. We live out of the country and own a rental property in Columbia. We recently had the gutters replaced in our triplex, along with the installation of gutter guards. The results were a true testament to their website statement “throughout the project, we focus on communication, clean job sites and following through on what we promise”. We spoke with four other companies prior to making a decision. Our decision was based on the company values and a few discussions we had with Dan Burke, Project Manager who took the time to patiently answer all our questions. I had never done business with Midlands Roofing and Exteriors until I contacted them for an estimate on replacing some aluminum fascia covering on my home. The appointment for an estimate was quickly and easily set up through the office. Dan Burke, the company Project Manager, promptly arrived on the scheduled date and time. Dan and I reviewed my issues for which they were called. Dan looked on all sides of the house though one side was my major concern. He noticed on the opposite side of the house that a small location in the fascia covering had been damaged. We both agreed that squirrels were the likely suspect.Dan quickly submitted an estimate on the work as agreed upon not including squirrel damage. I quickly agreed to let the job to Midlands as I felt the estimate to be very reasonable. An appointment date and time was agreed upon and the work was later completed to my satisfaction. Midlands Roofing & Exterior did an excellent job for my husband and I here in Lexington! They installed about 375 feet of fencing and the workmanship was fantastic—straight lines, sturdy posts, and it looks great! They handled the job quickly and professionally, kept us updated throughout the process, and left everything clean when they were done. They showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what we agreed on. I’d absolutely recommend them if you’re in need of any roofing or exterior work here in the Midlands!

Excellent service and quality. We had our whole roof replaced and the whole experience was amazing. We were able to go to work in the morning with the team tearing off the old crappy roof and we came home to a stunning roof that really compliments our house. I can’t thank the team enough and we were thankful for the updates every step of way. We were able to rely on our awesome project manager, Dan, to make sure the quality was where it needed to be.

Extremely satisfied, easy company to work with. They show up on time, communicates well, and quotes are returned quickly with fair prices. Roof repairs were done, aluminum facia, and some other exterior work. But my favorite are the new shutters. Really make my house pop!!

Thank you to Midlands Roofing and Exteriors for the fantastic work they did removing outdated vinyl siding and replacing it with beautiful James Hardie Siding. They made my 20-year-old house brand new again! These guys and their crew are on point and easy to work with.
