The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair. It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price. On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made. They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable. By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Excellent service and quality. We had our whole roof replaced and the whole experience was amazing. We were able to go to work in the morning with the team tearing off the old crappy roof and we came home to a stunning roof that really compliments our house. I can’t thank the team enough and we were thankful for the updates every step of way. We were able to rely on our awesome project manager, Dan, to make sure the quality was where it needed to be.

Brandon did a great job walking us through the process and answering all of our questions after we found some shingles on the ground due to a thunderstorm. Chris went back and forth with our insurance for months to get as much covered as possible. Dan was our project manager. We had a very good experience with Midlands Roofing & Exteriors. We purchased our home as-is five years ago and are not sure when the roofs on the house and detached garage were last replaced. When we saw daylight while in the attic, we knew it was time to bite the bullet and schedule a replacement. Upon reaching out to Midlands, they quickly scheduled a visit to assess our situation and provide a quote. Brandon arrived on time and clearly explained the process. He used a drone to inspect both two-story buildings, took measurements, and described the different materials that would be used. He had a quote sent to us in no time, and we were on the schedule earlier than they anticipated. Before the replacement day, Brandon returned to help us choose shingles and outline the day’s schedule, informing us that the team would arrive early to begin working. As promised, they arrived before 7:00 AM to get started. We were home during the work, and the crew was incredibly polite and diligent. Once the work began, they discovered the roofs were in worse condition than anticipated, and a lot of the underlying wood needed to be replaced. The team arranged for additional supplies to be delivered and worked into the evening to complete both roofs in one day. Despite the long hours, they very carefully cleaned up our yard when they were done, and left it in the same if not better condition than they found it. Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. We were impressed by Midlands Roofing’s professionalism and communication throughout the process. While a roof replacement is never enjoyable, they made it straightforward, and we had the utmost trust in them from start to finish. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
