Here’s a hot take: not every tired roof needs to be replaced.
On this roof hop, Chris is looking at an older asphalt roof. A lot of companies would jump straight to replacement. We are not doing that. The shingles still have life, the decking’s solid, and the leak is coming from a couple of small trouble spots.
What we’re doing:
• Swapping out failed pipe boots
• Resealing/resetting flashing
• Fixing nail pops and a few broken tabs
• Snapping photos so the homeowner can see everything
Goal: buy them more years—safely—and save real money. If a roof truly needs replacing, We'll say it. If a repair makes sense, lets lead with that.
