The team at Midlands Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond my expectations on a recent roof repair. It all started with a quick call to their office, and they had me scheduled for an inspection just a few days later. Brandon came out and spent about 45 minutes carefully going over the entire roof. He pointed out several issues I hadn’t noticed and even suggested removing an old, unused chimney for a reasonable price. On repair day, the weather forced a couple of reschedules, but the communication was always clear and professional. When the crew finally came, they showed up right at 8 a.m. and worked steadily until about 6 p.m. Their attention to detail was impressive, they matched the shingles so well that in many spots you can’t even tell a repair was made. They went above and beyond by trimming back some overhanging branches and even cleaning out the gutters while they were up there. Cody, the project manager, also spotted an issue outside of the original estimate and explained why it was important to fix. It added a bit to the cost, but I’m glad I agreed because they uncovered two holes in the plywood that needed immediate attention. For the amount of work they did, I thought the price was very reasonable. By the end of the job, everything was explained clearly, the site was spotless, and there wasn’t a scrap of debris left behind. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you to Midlands Roofing and Exteriors for the fantastic work they did removing outdated vinyl siding and replacing it with beautiful James Hardie Siding.
