I had to have my car towed because it wouldn’t start and when I called Midland auto they informed me that they can take my car day of. When it got there they were quick to inform me that it was in the shop and the same when they called me to inform me of the issues. They fixed my car same day and I was able to take it home that afternoon. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and if I have any other issues.

I was driving down I5 near Lacey when my car starting overheating, it was boiling. Sergey took over and handled everything for me from getting towing going while preparing the techs in the shop so they could get my car into bay. Follow up was spot on. Great service and flow though. I highly recommend these guys.

My car was in for a routine oil change. I appreciated that Alex gave me a heads up about maintenance that I can expect with the next oil change. He went far beyond that by explaining how the modern transmission works, showing me pictures even. I felt midwifed through the process. It’s easy to look at an elderly woman and imagine that if she doesn’t know anything about cars yet she probably never will. But Alex just explained it in a way that was understandable - increasing my interest and of course also my trust in this business!

Midland Automotive owner, Alex the owner and Nikita a technician fixed our Subaru even after Subaru manufacturer sold me the wrong part and sold Midland automotive the incorrect part also... They customized both parts to complete our heater repair so we now have heat!!! Also fixed our front left headlight. They also fixed our Nissan truck and did not create problems that other repair shops were adding that were not there... They are now part of our family and the #1 best automotive repair shop in town. I brought my car in to have the A/C examined since it wasn’t working. They were able to fit me into the schedule the same day I called, which I really appreciated. The team prioritized troubleshooting my A/C promptly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service!

Very helpful, helped me to understand the issue with my Crankshaft sensor and also gave me a lot of recommendations for parts for future repairs! I intend to set up a appointment again very soon! My new go to spot!

Went here for what I thought to be a bad wheel bearing, they confirmed it was and promptly solved my issue same day! I discovered I had a small oil leak so I scheduled a test to see where the leak was coming from and got some good news, I would recommend coming here if you need an honest mechanical response or opinion on anything regarding your vehicle I will be coming back here for my vehicles services.

The service was great and they fixed what was wrong with my vehicle. Still need more things done and will definitely keep going to these guys for my vehicle needs!

Oil change is what I got done.Everyones always so great and they make you feel comfortable by talking with you about what's needed and not needed right away.I will always choose them for any and all repairs even if I have to wait a bit for the money to come through.
