Extremely disappointed. I had a great onboarding experience and got my appointment scheduled. I’m in the middle of selling my business and managing multiple calendars and dead lines. I received a few text messages and asked for front and back of insurance card ( though I gave all numbers prior)
My appointment was cancelled. I called to find out why and was told I need to send pictures. Explained my situation and asked if I could just bring it in when I come in on Monday. I was told- I need that before my appointment to verify coverage. Wouldn’t I be responsible for payment if it wasn’t covered? Not to mention the fact that we already verified that before I made the appointment. I told them this obviously was not the right office for my family.
Again- very disappointing
