Extremely disappointed. I had a great onboarding experience and got my appointment scheduled. I’m in the middle of selling my business and managing multiple calendars and dead lines. I received a few text messages and asked for front and back of insurance card ( though I gave all numbers prior) My appointment was cancelled. I called to find out why and was told I need to send pictures. Explained my situation and asked if I could just bring it in when I come in on Monday. I was told- I need that before my appointment to verify coverage. Wouldn’t I be responsible for payment if it wasn’t covered? Not to mention the fact that we already verified that before I made the appointment. I told them this obviously was not the right office for my family. Again- very disappointing

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that I am having at Middle Path. I began therapy with Amy in early August. We connected right away and I have made so much progress on the goals that I set for myself. In the past it has taken years to accomplish things. It's been less than three months and it's because of Amy.
