Dr. Adam is incredible! I can’t recommend him highly enough! I wish I could visit him regularly, but I don’t live in Northern California. I found him on my insurance provider list, as I was prepping for my trip to San Francisco for my first ever Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim! I was really excited about the race and had trained for months, incorporating regular treatments from my local acupuncturist in West LA, when three weeks before the swim I got hit with Covid. It was a rough nine days before I was finally negative, and even then the symptoms stubbornly persisted. I felt weaker and my head was foggy--I worried I wouldn't have the energy, strength, and stamina to compete. Still, I didn't want to give up--it meant a lot to me to finish this race. I knew my best bet would be to get one last treatment the day before the race. Fortunately, Dr. Adam had availability at the ideal time & place for me! His treatment was thorough and effective, incorporating cupping, acupuncture, acupressure, and a little massage. I felt so much better afterwards and felt fantastic for the big swim the next day, which I not only completed successfully, but thoroughly enjoyed! I came to see Dr. Adam to treat my postpartum low back pain, after not seeing lasting results from anything else I tried (chiropractic, physical therapy - all of which helped in their own ways, and I still recommend). You'll be in good hands with Dr. Adam (no pun intended). He is compassionate, professional and knowledgeable in acupuncture and acupressure techniques as well as herbal medicine. My first visit to Dr. Adam was for a horrible sinus infection that wouldn't go away, even after 3 weeks of traditional medicine and antibiotics. I saw Dr. Adam on a Friday afternoon for an acupuncture treatment. I began taking the recommended herbal medicine that afternoon and by Monday morning I was feeling significantly better. Within a week my sinus infections symptoms were completely gone. From that time forward, Dr. Adam became my first line of defense any time I wasn't feeling well. Dr. Adam's office is soothing and quiet and he'll make you feel at ease and relaxed whether it's your 1st or 100th time receiving an acupuncture treatment.
