Mid State Door and Window did a great job replacing the glass on my 2nd story window after a hawk hit it and broke it (the hawk is okay!!). They came within a few weeks of giving me a quote once the glass had been manufactured and installed it quickly and professionally. Mid State is the only place I’ll recommend windows in the future! The windows are gorgeous, the process was seamless and the team is fantastic. I didn’t want in home, hours long sales pitch, but I wanted good quality windows. Mid state is family owned and real, genuine people, from the showroom to the onsite measuring to the crew who does install, you can tell they all care about the work they do and enjoy having satisfied customers! They are the largest distributors in Tennessee of Provia windows and that means you’re not waiting for months to get your windows and they are all custom made for your home.

Inconsistent communication and unreliable pricing I went out of my way to confirm pricing with two Mid State reps, Ethan and Nik, before scheduling a visit - giving full details to avoid wasting anyone’s time. Both assured me the range was accurate and wouldn’t vary more than $50, even after seeing the window in person and taking the same measurements I’d already sent. Despite that, the final estimate came in about 30% higher, without explanation, and not even for the upgraded window we had discussed. When I asked about the increase, a third rep, Jeff, stepped in and said only that “the configurator” determined the price. It’s now been 12 days with no reply from him to my polite follow-up. Disappointing experience and a waste of time given the lack of consistency and follow-through.

Amazing service I popped in with a bug screen for my food truck and they knocked it out in 5 mins! Super happy with the service amazing staff!

We invited three window companies to bid on a window replacement project at our three story home on the side of steep slope. Of the three, Mid State was the only one confident enough they could do the job, which was a challenge by any measure. Joe, Alex and Dallin busted their tails getting 3 7'x10', 150 pound windows installed at a high elevation. I recommend this company.
