We needed a rental car on short notice for an out of town trip. Someone recommended Mi-South to us. I called and got the rates and then made comparisons with other rental companies, but there was really no comparison. Trece did a great job answering all my questions and communicated with me throughout the process. Will definitely use them again.

I got turned down for a service by 3 different places in Lebanon whenever I thought I may have a blown head gasket. They wouldn't even inspect it, but wanted to quote me a used engine. I called Mid-South and they had no problem taking it in and repaired it. Turns out it wasn't even a blown head gasket. I've used these guys 2 other times with high satisfaction. This is the only place I will take my vehicles now!

My car suddenly started overheating. Luckily I was close to donoho's. It was after 5:00 too and the gentleman opened the door for me anyway (I'm sure I'll look panicked! Lol) and put coolant in my car. Completely free of charge. Like who does that these days...? Donoho's does I guess. 🙏🎉 Really good, honest local people here. Highly recommend!

The 1st and 2nd time I went here they were very nice and did a decent job, but this last time the man was very very rude! They didn't do a full diagnostic which I paid for!! They said it was because my car wouldn't start for them to get it in the shop! Isn't this a freaking mechanic shop!! So I basically paid these people over a hundred dollars for them to tell me what I told them was wrong with it when I dropped it off not to mention I could've went and got a free diagnostic at O Riley's! I do not recommend this place to nobody. I pay a brand new starter on it and it still wouldn't start because there was a wire loose!! I was told by a worker I could replace the starter there so I could get it home then my head got bit off for doing it by another worker there! So no like I said I don't recommend this place they are VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND LIKE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!! Y'ALL SUCK!
