I had an emergency after-hours call and Avery answered the phone and calmly troubleshot and explained possible scenarios while water was actively shooting out of my drain/sewer pipe. He was upfront about overtime prices and pricing per service depending on what he had to do after he assessed the problem. I called 3 other plumbing companies and no one had hours same night. Avery was also who came out to my house and got to my house quicker than he predicted. He explained everything very clearly, did not try to over sell me on anything I didn’t need, and patiently answered all of my questions. My very stressful situation was quickly and professionally handled; I cannot recommended this company, specifically Avery, enough.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Had to call in an emergency (frozen pipe burst and flooding) and couldn't get ahold of anyone else and they came out as fast as they could. Huge shout out to Avery who was the man who came and saved me tonight, when it was late and freezing cold. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, worked fast and efficiently with a smile. Took the time to show the problem and teach. Avery I can not thank you enough. DEFINITLY WILL RECOMMEND to everyone!!!!!

Moved into a home this past week, and needed several projects completed. Mid Michigan Plumbing is amazing! They fixed the problems...and in one case, there was NO PROBLEM. They were honest and told me that there was no issue...Very honest and friendly company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Earl and his crew did an amazing job! We had the unfortunate event of needing our pipes completely redone out to the road. After getting absolutely nowhere with Mr. Rooter, we called Earl, and they were able to fit us into their schedule the next day. Everyone who was sent over to our house was very professional, respectful, and helpful. When I had a question, they were very knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what needed to be done. This was a massive project, and they made it easier on us by being transparent about the work that needed to be done and how much everything would cost. Lauren was also very accommodating and had great open communication throughout the entire process. Hopefully, we won't need any plumbing work done for a long time, but if we do, we will be calling Mid Michigan Plumbing again. Thank you again to Earl, Noah, Avery, Luis, Lauren, and one more, but sorry I forgot his name! You guys do amazing work!

I had initially called because I needed a second opinion. My pilot light would not stay lit. I was told by a different plumber that I would need to replace the water heater, well pump, and bladder tank. Mid Michigan Plumbing simply fixed it by pressing a button and resetting it. If I have any problems in the future I will absolutely be calling them!

Had a great experience with the guys at Mid Michigan Plumbing Services! They came out right away and installed my new toilet. Arrived exactly when the very nice office lady said they would. They got right to work and were done in less that an hour. Clean and neat, polite, prompt and professional. All of that and a great price for their service. I can't say enough good things about them.

They showed up immediately and resolved the problem in our commercial building! They worked fast and were extremely friendly!

The entire team at Mid Michigan plumbing services is outstanding! We have had major sewer and plumbing issues since buying an older home (built in 1957). We now have everything in working order. It is such a relief to know everything is fixed. Plumbing is such an expensive fix, but I feel like choosing MMPS was the best investment for the quality and knowledge of their work. The team is thorough and explains everything very well and is understanding that this is a huge deal for homeowners.

I am so thrilled to have found this company after regrettably calling Mr Rooter first. This family owned business is professional, quick, and caring! They were able to fix my leak same day and I will be using them in the near future for a rework on my existing outdated plumbing. Thank you!!!
