I cannot recommend this place enough! Absolutely amazing team. They have wonderful communication, they are friendly and welcoming, as well as understanding and compassionate. The doctor explained everything in a way I could understand and the hygienist helped me find a payment plan that would allow me to start treatment now and not have to put it off. Hands down the best dentist office I've been to as an adult. Oh and an added bonus they let me choose what I wanted to watch on Netflix

Mid-Columbia Dental has been a life saver more than once when I needed emergency dental care. Dr. Howard is very thorough when discussing treatment plans and options. His staff takes the time to tell you exactly how much you will pay out pocket before treatment. They went as far as enthusiastically offering to fill out financing applications in patient room for me when I didn’t know how I was going to afford the procedures. At my most recent appointment a staff member even gave me some advice in casual conversation about choosing insurance dental plans and it was a big help!

I had such an amazing experience at Mid-Columbia Dental. Dr. Nick Howard and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They were responsive, went above and beyond to help me, and made sure I felt heard every step of the way. Dr. Howard listened to my concerns, validated what I was feeling, and explained everything in a way that put me at ease. It’s rare to find a dentist who treats you with that level of compassion, especially when you’re uncomfortable or anxious, but he truly did. From start to finish, the overall experience was outstanding. I’m so grateful I found this office, and I’ll definitely continue going there. Highly recommend Mid-Columbia Dental and Dr. Nick Howard to anyone looking for a dentist who actually listens and cares.

Made needles in my mouth smooth and painless! Plus it almost felt euphoric once it kicked in. Good time and good vibes everyone here is super nice and helpful! 10/10 recommend esp if you have state insurance.

10/10. As a 27yr.ol. I'm a little baby when it comes to dentist. And I had a pretty major tooth removal needed done. Not only were the front staff.Extremely sweet and respectful in understanding that I was nervous.They helped me get through it.And this facility genuinely cares about their patients. Definitely going back for any future work needed.Thank you so much.

Very professional Very understanding of my health and needs regarding the extraction for dentures so I can smile and eat better again. What truly sets them apart is how personable they are. My dentist and the hygienists take the time to listen, explain procedures clearly, and make sure you feel completely comfortable. It’s rare to find such high level expertise combined with genuinely warm, patient-focused care. If you are looking for a dentist who is both super professional and easy to talk to, this is the place.

My dental crown had fallen off and mid communist dental (pasco) got me in next day to fix it. I couldn’t afford the cost to fix it and asked them to pull the tooth. The doc and the hygienist came in together and told me they would be fixing my crown for me free of charge. They said we can’t allow you to rip out a perfectly healthy tooth, merry Christmas. Their generosity moved me to tears. It had been an extremely hard week for me and my family as my husband had just lost his job that morning to wich they had no idea. Their generosity gave me so much hope and so much relief. The financial and physical pain they spared me by doing this has left a kind of gratitude in my heart that I will never forget. I can not recommend them enough, a truly welcoming and kind facility. All of the staff blew me away from the minute I walked in the door.

Clean comfortable environment, staff are always super friendly and hospitable from the front desk to the back of the facility. Dentist is very friendly and personable to help with any pain or discomfort at hand. They Always squeeze me into their busy schedule whenever I need them most. State of the art equipment and staff makes even the most non dental loving person feel comfortable all throughout the what’s usually an uncomfortable procedure. I highly recommend Mid Columbia Dental Care for anybody who needs anything from simple dental cleaning to major work from extractions to root canals and crowns. A+
