From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine kindness, and an atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The office is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed—more like a spa than a dental clinic. The entire team is nothing short of extraordinary. They’re attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step with clarity and patience. My dentist was a true expert—gentle, precise, and unbelievably thorough. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dental chair, and the results of my treatment were beyond anything I expected. It’s clear they care deeply about both oral health and patient experience. What impressed me most was the way they combine state-of-the-art technology with a personal, human touch. I felt valued, cared for, and genuinely listened to. This is the first dental office where I left feeling not only healthier, but honestly uplifted. If you’re looking for a team that goes above and beyond in every possible way, this is the place. I can’t recommend them highly enough—five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it.

I consider myself a perfectionist about dentists and teeth cleaning. In all my years going for cleanings this has been the best by far. Every single dental hygienist has been warm and welcoming, talkative in the right ways, and does a fantastic job. The dentist has been consistent in his recommendations and has always been very nice as well. I brought my wife and children here due to the trust they built with me. I am moving away and truly will miss this group of wonderful people.

Great, professional staff. They competently found the most pressing issues for my dental health and developed a comprehensive plan to address those issues. And they did it with friendliness and humor. I would recommend Mid-Columbia Dental to anyone looking for a dental office with these qualities.

So far so good. I have always had a fear of dentists and this place seems like a good place to try and get over it. I had an emergency and they were able to get me in that morning, validated my fears, gave me options instead of telling me it was just one way to fix. Very happy with my experience so far. I go back in to get 2 teeth pulled and im still terrified but it helps that I know im in good hands.

She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and always goes out of her way to make sure everything is clear and comfortable. She explains things thoroughly, answers every question with patience, and you can truly feel how much she cares about the patients. Crystal is equally outstanding. Her professionalism and gentle touch make such a difference during appointments. She has a calming way about her that puts you at ease, even if you’re feeling nervous about dental work. She’s also very detail-oriented and takes the time to make sure everything is done perfectly. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work and values her patients’ comfort. Together, Crystal and Laura create an atmosphere that makes you feel less like a patient and more like family. They treat everyone with respect, compassion, and a smile, which is rare and so appreciated. I honestly can’t thank them enough for the level of care they provide. This morning I had major sensitivity and pain on one of my teeth. I called as a new patient and the got me in same day, took great care of me through the whole process. For my first time in a long time, the staff was great, funny and very kind and patient. Thank you. You got a new patient for sure.

l was a walking with a broken molar (painful). they were able to get me in in a short period of time. they were able to save my tooth with a root canal and a temporary crown. The new crown will come in on the 22 of October. They have very up to date equipment. The people there very friendly and knowledgable. The work was top notch. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. From the start, the staff seemed disorganized, and the communication was poor. Appointments often started late, and I felt rushed during dental procedures. The treatment itself produced terrible results. Despite assurance that the produce would address my concerns, the outcome left more problems than before. I experienced ongoing discomfort, and the quality of work did not meet my basic standard of care. When I returned to raise these issues, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and without proper solutions In addition to the poor results, the office seemed more focused on upselling unnecessary procedures than providing real patient care. The lack of professionalism and accountability was very concerning. Overall, I would strongly caution others against choosing this office. Dental care requires trust and competence, and unfortunately, this practice failed to deliver on both

I haven’t been to a dentist is years. Simply out of fear of them. The doctor here was so nice and the ladies he had helping were amazing. They took their time and were slow and very patient with me. Great communication. Made the experience 10x better. Would highly recommend.

Nice people, clean place. Dental chair was awesome, it gave a heated massage! Doctor Stoker was great, explained how my teeth were doing and what I could do better. Their technology was far past what I've ever seen in the past. You gotta check it out for yourself
