I went there because the dentist i went to doesn't pull teeth. Keep in mind im in a good bit of pain. I had cancer 14 years prior to going there. The Dr made me track down the radiologist who treated me to get clearance that it's OK to remove my teeth. Took a while to find where he went, had his office send the requested information, I was refused care and told to go to Baltimore to get them removed. I went to another DENTIST, and she had no problem pulling teeth. Wasted 3 weeks of being in pain for this run around. Place is a joke, highly recommend going elsewhere.

Dr. Sorri was so kind and gentle with me. I have bad anxiety his staff from yesterday August 4th were amazing from the front desk staff to the nurse and everyone in the officer they all worked together with Dr. Sorri to calm my anxiety and reassure me I was in the best hands. They even helped my husband with our 8 month old while he helped me into the car. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and feel safe coming here. I woke up today with very little pain. I had four teeth removed and thats the most I've ever had at one time and have less pain then when I've been to other dentists to just have one tooth pulled.i apologize for not remembering everyone's names but I thank you all for your kind demeanor and all of your assistance. Thank you dr. Sorri for being quick but also gentle and reassuring me along the way that I was doing well.you have no idea how much your kindness meant to me.

I went for a consultation in August 2025. While filling out paperwork, another person in the waiting room was on a very loud, casual phone call for over 10 minutes, from the moment that I walked in until I left, making it impossible to focus on the forms. The staff did not intervene, and the environment did not feel professional or safe. I ultimately paid the consultation fee but left without receiving care. This experience left me extremely uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.

Had 4 teeth pulled here the other day. Was super nervous but the girl Morgan was awesome. She was so friendly and really helped make me feel comfortable. There was another assistant who I asked a question too , her response was “you’ll have to ask the dentist” like dang lady. Sorry to disrupt your busy brain sheesh. But was super glad I ended up having Morgan in there assisting , she really was great. The dentist at first I thought had no bedside manner. He was very short with his responses to questions. But he got in there did his thing and was fast. At one point I felt some pain but he quickly gave me more numbing. Over all very good experience when all said and done. Would definitely go back there for dental work. AGAIN THANK YOU MORGAN !!! You were great and I really do appreciate the time you took to make me at ease.

Very impressed with everything. Office was clean, staff are friendly and professional. Doctor did an excellent job. My son had an easy recovery.

Came here back in January for a wisdom tooth removal with absolutely zero problems before and after surgery. Staff are very friendly and open to answer questions! While I did personally feel the surgery was a bit “aggressive” I was correctly numbed and out of there in less than a hour!

I’ve been here a few times to get extractions. The staff are all great! Never in my life have I been to a place that is so organized! It’s refreshing! Also because of that they are so fast and efficient at what they do. Great office, with even better staff. I just had 6 extractions on the 9th and it couldn’t have went smoother. I’m over an hour from this office but it’s well worth the drive for superb dental care. Dr. Souri is truly a cut above the rest, he’s like the roadrunner, crazy fast but gentle and very precise. If anyone needs oral surgery, seriously folks, this is the place to go. Dr. Souri and staff thank u again for the wonderful service you provide. You are all very appreciated 😁

Dr. Souri and his entire staff were professional, caring and SUPER knowledgeable! I needed a tooth pulled while visiting family in North East, Md. Danny, the super kind lady at the front desk managed to get me in for a consultation with Dr. Souri. The decision was made to pull the tooth during that visit. I am a super anxious person but the Dr and his assistant made me feel at ease!! It was an almost entirely painless experience and I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Souri and his fine staff!!! Thank you!!

I had come in for a consult about an extraction and they were so kind! They got me in quick and were able to remove it the same day. So quick and painless!

Dr. Pazoki DDS, MD and receptionist are lacking when it comes to customer service or “bedside manner”. When taking my adolescent son to this practice to have his permanent teeth removed, I was berated by the doctor and staff that I didn’t fill out their waiver forms promptly. The delay in me completing the aforementioned form was due to questions pertaining to the teeth extractions that were being preformed on my son. I was told that I should have asked questions pertaining to the form during my consultation; however they don’t present you with this consent waiver until prior to the procedure. Ultimately, I was provided with the ultimatum “do I want my son treated or not!” Keep in mind this ultimatum was provided to me after this practice took my money, charged my insurance and had my son attached to blood pressure monitoring. So honestly at that point I had no choice but to finish the treatment plan. At no time does this dentist take them time out to accurately and calmly discuss his practices liability waivers and when you ask questions you are then treated as an annoyance when you are only trying to protect the rights of your child. No one should feel belittled, especially a parent for trying to get a complete understanding of medical treatment being performed on their child. I would not recommend or advocate for this practice to work with children in the future. If you are an adult go with the understanding that you will have to advocate for yourself. However, as a parent please understand that they don’t take the time out to make accommodations for pediatric care or explaining in full detail the side effect’s of procedure to parental guardians. Make sure you read this offices fine print and be prepared to be belittled for asking questions.
