Everyone was friendly and helpful. Liz did an excellent job preparing me for the procedure. She kept me informed and helped me with new paperwork. The procedure room was clean and bright, and I could watch Netflix while waiting for Dr. Movahed. When Dr. Movahed came in he greeted me with smile. He explained my choices. I had been nervous and with his explanations I could make an informed decision. The procedure went well, and Liz was very helpful helping me get my things together and walked me out to the car.

I needed an emergency extraction on 12/12. The O'Fallon Office was able to fit me in thank goodness! The staff was so nice, explained everything they were going to do, and when. The doctor came in to meet me beforehand. He was very interested in my issues. Highly recommend them for services!!

A rather long online registration, but after that everything was great. The office staff was friendly and accommodating clean facilities. The doctor was thorough and took time to explain things in a manner that I can understand. I would not hesitate to recommend to family friends.

Good visit. Very clean and efficient office. We kind of knew the plan going in and it was more of a consult to confirm, but still a good experience. We were able to schedule surgery and get financials same day so it was nice to know what we were getting into. Highly recommend if they are in your network!

Had a consultation for wisdom tooth extraction and also for possible implants in front of mouth. Dr. Freilich took the time to discuss all available options for my front teeth and pros/cons of each method. I had expected to be heavily sold on implants during the consultation since implants are their specialty, but Dr. Freilich was very clear that implants are only one option and encouraged me to take time, explore all available options, and to consult with a periodontist. A few days after initial consultation with Dr. Freilich, I returned to have wisdom tooth extracted. The process went quick and without complications. Will definitely return for any procedures I require in the future.

The overall experience was great from chech in to post surgery. They made sure they explained everything and everyobe was professional and nice. Definitely knew I was in good hands. The Dr even call me himself later in the day to see how I was doing. I would recommend anyone to go here. Thank you for your excellent service. !!!

My experience was excellent. The staff that I had contact with were very professional, informative and knowledgeable. The oral surgeon was also very professional and easy to talk to. He seemed very caring of my needs. I would highly recommend Mid America Oral Surgery.

The staff members are very professional and there is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere at this facility. Fear and apprehension are immediately calmed. I really have never had a more positive experience at a dental center. Dr Freilich and Dr. Movahed are phenomenal.

Office was dirty, I stepped on a tooth while walking in the exam room. The practice “estimates” the amount of meds needed for a procedure. In our case they considerably over estimated how long it would take to remove one tooth. Despite verifying the two insurance before the procedure, paying before the appointment was told that they couldn’t refund until it went through the complete billing process for both insurances. Have repeatedly tried to address this with the office. They are horrible at timely communication and billing. Never received the refund for overpayment on services not received. Would not recommend at all! Feel scammed out of money to over bill and not properly communicate or refund.

I came for a consultation & did not have insurance. I had to spend $250 for him to maybe be in there 5 minutes to talk to me. I was wanting an affordable option to fix the teeth that was causing me pain & it was 5k. When I told him I’m self pay and didn’t have insurance, it’s almost like he didn’t even want to finish talking to me. I would have had to of had half down at the time of scheduling and the other half when I got it done. They make it extremely difficult for people to get care that obviously can’t afford insurance. If you’re debating on getting care here, make sure your pockets are loaded or you have amazing insurance. Just a horrible feeling & I don’t think I’ll be returning unfortunately.
