I honestly have to say that Michigan Septic was no more than amazing! Our story began with gurgling sounds when I did laundry and when we flushed the toilet. We called and explained to them what was going happening. They scheduled a time to come out to run a camera through our drains & drainfield. In the meantime we had an emergency out of state and had to be away from home for 2 1/2 weeks. They worked with us on having our daughter meet them at our house so they could get this done. The outcome was a bad drainfield, which was 45 years old. They was very understanding of our situation and worked well with us on getting everything in order and ready to replace our old system. They communicated very well, which we greatly appreciated, and had no problem with us contacting them throughout the process and asking questions. Everyone we spoke with was proffessional and friendly, from the office people to the workers. They arrived around 9am and was completely finished at 5pm. The whole system was completed in one day! We had to wait on the county to issue permits before proceeding. So it took 6 1/2 weeks from beginning to end. But our new system is installed and we are back up and running! The inspector verified that we made the right decisions. He told us that he works with Michigan Septic often and that they are a very good company. We highly recommend Michigan Septic and will definitely call them if we ever need work done in the future.

Austin came to pump septic. He was early for my appointment was very contentious and professional. Will call them again for any future septic needs. Additional review I needed a new septic tank installed; had Michigan Septic do the installation. Was a challenging installation with several unexpected issues. The crew were awesome and assuring with things not going exactly as planned. The tank was installed. Was very happy with the outcome,

Michigan Septic has helped us several times over the years. They have cleaned the tank for a fair price, and they have inspected at no charge and were honest when service really wasn't needed. A few weeks ago, they replaced the pipe coming from the house, and today laid a driveway for me! Is there anything they can't do? Every tech I've worked with, from the owner to the newbie, are incredibly polite! They explain things without making you feel like an idiot and genuinely care about fixing things right.

Has a great experience today with Austin who came to pump out our septic tanks. There was LOTS of 💩 in them and he took the time to break it all up and pump all of it out (which took some time). While he was there, he also dug down and located the access to the inlet pipe which was completely clogged and the source of our problems. This is the second person that has come out and every time I’ve interacted with the techs or person on the phone they have been very professional, kind and helpful in answering all of my questions.

Called Michigan Septic to replace an aging septic tank. 6 hours and done, even with all of the issues that popped up, turns out that my fears of the old tank being near end of life were well warranted, and it did throw a few curves, being located immediately adjacent to the house ( we knew it was nowhere near the current 10 foot code) it had the bare minimum runoff, and had its drain field essentially adjacent to the tank, Michigan Septic was able to deal with all of those issues, still meet their quote, and left the property looking better than when they showed up ( yeah the grass will take a few weeks to close out the project…)

Excellent service and communication. Ethan did a great job, friendly, answered all my 100 questions, got our system back in good shape quickly. Frozen air line on our air pump to the aerator tank.

We are pleased with the work done and highly recommend the services of Michigan Septic. Michigan Septic replaced our septic tank as well as the piping leading from the tank to the septic field. The entire process took about five hours and was done by knowledgeable and experienced workman. Michigan Septic worked well with us during the entire process providing answers to any concerns. Michigan Septic also worked well with the County Health officials who themselves provided good service.

Austin was able to complete an overdue tank pump in a very professional and helpful manner. He needed to use my garden hose and was able to find the right ones outside and in my basement. He removed many rocks my late husband had placed to mark the tank location, leaving only two. I would recommend this company and Austin.

Michigan Septic saved the day! Knowledgeable, courteous, patient employees helped me navigate through a potential nightmare during the week leading up to the sale of my home. House was located in one county with buyer and real estate agent from another county (and unfamiliar with differing rules!). Casey and Jess promptly arranged for necessary inspections and documents. Workers were on time and efficient. AND! Appointment confirmation came with a photo of who was going to show up at my door. Love this company; highly recommend.
