It has been an amazing experience working with Michelle Wilson at First Team Real Estate in San Clemente. We purchased a condominium in San Clemente at the beginning of the year and ended up selling it just before Christmas due to family issues. She has been so helpful through both processes of buying and selling, somehow always cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. Though both processes can be extremely stressful she has managed to make them go smoothly- working tirelessly on our behalf, always positive and trustworthy. Michelle Wilson is a consummate professional who did an excellent job representing my wife, me, and our property, providing detailed guidance and strategy throughout the year leading up to the sale of our San Clemente home. Her many years of experience made us feel comfortable that we were supplied with battle-tested advice. The one thing that impressed us the most was Michelle's intimate knowledge of the local market. And I mean local - like hyper-local. She was familiar with the myriad details of all recent sales in the area, whether they were her listings or not, and had her finger on the pulse of the market at every turn. This knowledge enabled Michelle to determine the appropriate market value of our home, despite the economic volatility of Spring 2025. I was very skeptical of Michelle's suggested listing price - it was significantly higher than I thought we would ever receive, and wouldn't you know it, we got even more! If you are selling or buying a property in the San Clemente area, you would be well served to have Michelle represent you.

Michelle made a stressful situation so much more stressful and almost lost the deal for her client. We were renting a property that Michelle represented and never provided us details on how to send the deposits or rent. It took a week to get and we even had to bypass her and go straight to the owner. We had the same experience when we moved out and asked for documentation, she took days and several follow ups before responding. Michelle Wilson is the BEST!! She takes very good care of her clients! When we moved to Arizona, Michelle listed our San Clemente home 'for lease" and found awesome tenants (twice over a 4 year period)! In February, when a condo came on the market in Dana Point, we reached out to Michelle asking her to do a quick walk through (we live in Scottsdale, AZ and knew the DP property would go fast). She immediately reached out to the realtor (also the seller), and was at the condo within 24 hours walking us through the property via video! Michelle let the realtor/seller know that she would be submitting our offer that evening (he had already received an offer), and by the next day we were in escrow on the perfect getaway condo. Instead of spending the 2021 summer in AZ, we are here in Dana Point, sitting on our patio enjoying the ocean breezes!! A few months later when our tenants at our SC home moved out, we decided it was a good time to SELL and (obviously) reached out to Michelle. She did amazing marketing on our home, and as soon as it became 'active' she had a line of people making offers! She went over with us (in detail) every offer she received; she answered all of our many questions; in less than 30 days, we had closed escrow, and $120,000 MORE than our listing price! Michelle Wilson is outstanding and is everything I could have wanted in a realtor. She's trustworthy, customer focused, and goes the extra mile at every step of the process, including well after the sale is complete as a resource for any questions down the road. I still reach to her at least once a year for advice. The thing I love most about Michelle is her working style. I've only worked with her to help me find a home, not sell my own (yet), and I really appreciate how she isn't a high pressure realtor like I've worked with in the past. She goes at whatever pace you want, is very attentive to the details of what you're looking for and does not try to sell you on anything. She points out the pros and cons of each property from her professional experience and lets you make up your own mind. We were picky customers buying our first home, and she was extremely patient with us. Her support didn't waver even after viewing 50+ homes. I will absolutely work with Michelle in the future. Here are a couple examples of my experiences while working with her below: 1) After searching for months in the Lake Forest area we finally found "the one" and then quickly learned that the house went into escrow while I was viewing the property, all on the the same day it went on the market! My wife and I were heartbroken, but Michelle sniffed out the situation and advised us to put in a back up offer as she had a hunch the escrow wouldn't hold. She was 100% right, and we landed our dream house as a result. 2) Michelle has always been available to provide some referrals to me in the past for various things related to the property or lending. So far, every recommendation has been a winner. As an example, I asked her advice on any lenders to explore refinancing earlier this year. When I reached out to one of her recommendations I noticed an instantaneous change in the lender's attitude the moment I mentioned her name. I was no longer just another customer, I was one of Michelle's clients. They started to treat me like family. They even advised me NOT to work with them, because I could get a better deal from one of their competitors given my situation... amazing.

Michelle Wilson went beyond any other realtor whom we had engaged - and that was a large number. Michelle brought in two professional teams. One videoed our entire home in DANA POINT for a 3D virtual walk-through. The other team photographed the entire house. Michelle then spent much time promoting our home in key cities in California and adjacent states. She sold our home in TWO WEEKS. Amazing!! We were so fortunate in enlisting Michelle!! She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and experienced!! I am confident that one could not enlist a better realtor than Michelle!!! She is GREAT!!!
