I've never built a real estate team, and that's intentional.
When someone hires me, they are hiring my experience, my judgment, and my accountability.
I don't believe in handing that off.
There are agents who take a listing and then send someone else to handle it. Maybe a newer agent. Maybe someone with far less experience.
That's not how I do business.
I do the negotiations. I guide the strategy. I'm the one making sure my client is protected.
Now, that doesn't mean I do everything myself.
I have staff who help with administrative tasks. Signs, brochures, coordination. Things that don't require an agent's expertise.
That allows me to focus where I'm actually needed.
With my sellers. With my buyers. In the details that affect the outcome.
Because that's where the real value is.
My name is on everything I do.
And if my name is on it, the level of service has to match.
