Before I ever list a home, I make a promise to my sellers.
They get me.
Not a team. Not someone else. Not a junior agent.
Me.
I have staff, but they handle administrative work. They make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
But when it comes to decisions, communication, and negotiation, that's always me.
And my word matters.
If I tell you something is getting done, it gets done. If I say your sign will be up today, it will be there. Even if that means I'm out there at night making it happen.
Because this isn't just a transaction for my clients.
For many of them, this is a major life change.
I recently listed a home for someone who lived there for 50 years. She was nervous. Understandably.
My job is not just to sell her home.
My job is to keep her calm, guide her through it, and make sure she never feels alone in the process.
Some clients need more support. Some need less.
But every single one deserves consistency, honesty, and someone who shows up.
That's the promise.
