Michael's Flooring & Cabinets

I have used Michael’s carpet since 2003. We love their customer service and prices really can not be beat. Dillon K was the sale person I talked with for this purchase. I went in twice and also chatted on the phone. He knew the products well. We always get 2-3 quotes when purchasing anything. We bought carpet for our entire upstairs in 2011…. It’s still fabulous plush fluffy clean. I bought from another company for our bedroom in 2013 … it did not hold up as well … both shag type carpet. I knew when replacing I wanted to go back to Michael’s carpet. The beat the price by $700-$800 less. The installers were polite, removed their shoes and also when putting in my new carpet, no shoes ! They were very careful moving my huge king canopy bed. Omar and Omar and Rolando were installers. I couldn’t have been happier with the install and look. They were quick as well.

We used Michael’s Flooring to install laminate in our home, and had an outstanding experience. Kevin was top notch in his communication. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring, and helped us think through our options as we wanted to balance look, durability, and price. We have some other projects we’d like to get done on the house, and twins on the way, and Kevin was so helpful in helping us to decide on a type of floor that will tolerate a mess but also not break the bank. The installers, Brian and Roger, did a great job and were also very proactive in their communication. We are so thrilled with how everything turned out, and cannot recommend Michael’s enough. Also, it’s worth noting that we talked to a few contractors, and Michael’s had the best price. That was not the main factor in our decision to go with them, but it was icing on the cake.

We had the best experience at Michael’s Flooring. My family just had our hardwood floors refinished and needed a new runner for the stairs. We walked into the store on Saturday and met with Dillon who recommended an in stock or remnant piece since we needed a quick install. We decided on a remnant piece on Monday afternoon with Dillon and had it installed by Senad on Wednesday in the same week! They were fast, professional, and didn’t try to sell us a more expensive carpet. Our remnant was slightly too small for the project, but Senad made it work and it came out great. It saved us a ton of money which made us love it even more. We appreciate Dillon and Senad so much as we got our stairs looking nice again and most importantly safe to walk on for our dogs and toddler!

We just worked with Dillon again at Michael’s Flooring. They installed LVP flooring in 4 rooms and 2 hallways. These were being matched up to floors that they had already installed. Excellent job!!! We would highly recommend that you call Dillon at Michael’s. You will be so glad you did!

We recently purchased a home and it needed new laminate like quickly!! Kevin was recommended to us for this big project. We did the entire first level of the home (minus the kitchen). I couldn’t be any happier with the service I got from him from start to finish!!! I am a ball of energy and he took it in and matched it completely. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and the best is he was there for every question immediately. I never had to wait…ever. The crew was wow! Amazing. They came in and knocked this out of the park! They were prompt, put all of our stuff back where it was and most of all…they were clean. Thanks Kevin! We will be back for sure. The best customer experience I’ve had so far as a new homeowner in the Greenville area. Within an hour of my first visit to Michael’s to start looking at carpet I had received a call to set up a time to measure the rooms. Within the week I had the initial quote and soon after we were on the schedule for installation. Jordan handled everything and was an excellent contact who always followed through. The carpet is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys. See you when we redo the kitchen for some cabinets :)

My wife and I had the chance to work with Dylan to help us get hard wood floors installed in our new home. He did a PHENOMENAL job helping us achieve what we wanted in such a timely manner. I only had a week and a half to get floors in, and Dylan made sure to have the materials arrive on time and installed to perfection.
