This is the third time we have used Mike to help us purchase a property. We believe this tells a lot. Before there was going to be the first weekend of open houses, he helped us negotiate the contract for our offer to be accepted. And it was! We are so happy with our new home. I know Michael through UCR. We both are Alumni at the University and I feel lucky I happened to meet him at a networking event. I'm so glad I decided to work with him on the purchase of my first home.
