Our complex has only recently moved to Michael Roberts Strata and what a refreshing change it has been. From the moment we met Joel McGrath we were very impressed by his professionalism, punctuality and care in answering our questions. He helped guide us through a very protracted changeover with prompt and efficient answers to any problems we had. Once the changeover had occurred we were placed in the hands of Steven Zdravkoski. He has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always gets back to us promptly and you can tell he is passionate about his job. Thank you Steven! As an agent, we don’t always have the best relationships with strata managers. However, it’s genuinely refreshing to work with someone who cares about the properties and the people in them the way Joel McGrath does. Joel’s communication is always prompt and clear, which makes a significant difference when coordinating between owners, buyers, tenants and trades. Highly recommend.

I haven't dealt with the staff at Michael Roberts only with Steven Zdravkoski and if any one is as good as Steven then I take my hat off to them. Steven never lets me down, he is polite, considerate and passionate, he gets the job done asap. I never have to ask twice and he keeps me in the loop at all times, I've never met anyone that replies to my emails and calls so quickly like Steven, you want something done Steven gets onto it asap. Thank you Steven, you are a credit to your firm.

I conduct inspections and provide strata reports for buyers. MRS were a dependable, well organised strata manager, where inspections were seamless. No longer I'm afraid. They now use a remote search platform that is incredibly flawed and unproductive. The Office Manager provides no level of co-operation, in fact she is combative and confrontational when asked to provide documents that were not presented. This attitude has seen several new owners rescind their contracts, on the basis that important information could not be provided. Incredible treatment of new owners by someone whose business attitude is embedded in the 1950's

The worst company I have EVER dealt with! Staff are terrible and have very unprofessional conduct! No duty of care! I hope this business shuts down! Absolutely disgraceful! If you find a property with this strata company attached to it RUN QUICKLY! Never deal with them! The reviews speak for itself! Please take the time to read them! It will save you alot of grief! They will give you a hard time.
