Our complex has only recently moved to Michael Roberts Strata and what a refreshing change it has been. From the moment we met Joel McGrath we were very impressed by his professionalism, punctuality and care in answering our questions. He helped guide us through a very protracted changeover with prompt and efficient answers to any problems we had. Once the changeover had occurred we were placed in the hands of Steven Zdravkoski. He has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Always gets back to us promptly and you can tell he is passionate about his job. Thank you Steven!
