I had so much anxiety when I was charged. The day my intellectually impaired 19 year old daughter was arrested on four felonies,, I had never seen Michael before,. With one hour notice he met us at court. He explained the process to me and asked my daughter a lot questions and read the reports I brought with me. Michael referred us to an excellent forensic psychologist, who helped me document my daughter's many disabilities. It dragged out over seven months and a dozen court appearances but Michael was quick to respond, even tempered with my daughter and always explained where we were in the process. On .October 25, 2022, the charges were dismissed and her case sealed. Micael also went out of his way to keep her team informed and helped me link up with adult services for her. Michael Pollok is an excellent criminal defense attorney who also happens to be a decent human being.

Incredible lawyers. I can't thank them enough. I was extremely worried about my DWI charge. Michael Pollok did all he could to get my charge DISMISSED. I couldn't believe it. Michael Pollok is a down to earth type of person whom I felt comfortable with as soon as I sat down for my consultation. He doesn’t give you false hope and make your expectation run high.
