Our inside well pump failed yesterday morning. I called Michael Barlow Well Drilling at 8:30 AM, and by 2:30 PM technicians were onsite diagnosing the issue. By Friday morning, our new tank was fully installed. We were never without water during the entire process. This is the fourth time we’ve used Michael Barlow for well and tank replacements, and their responsiveness and quality workmanship continue to exceed expectations. Brandon, Sam, and Austin were outstanding, professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. They took the time to explain the work and ensured everything was completed properly. Highly recommend. I was recommended to this company from a friend of ours, and using them was the best decision we made. We had no water for almost 24 hours, called them and they were out within a couple hours. Sam, Tyler, and Brandon were honest with me from the jump on what was possibly going wrong. After finding out my well pump was bad along with the pump wire, we had water again within not even an hour ! Highly recommend this company, and will DEFINETLY be using again with any other issues.
