Outstanding service. Dispatch was prompt when sending text message confirmations and driver info. Drivers were always on time. I had a spare of the moment booking to Vizcaya Museum. Dispatch informed of the policy and was able accommodate my request with drivers. I felt very comfortable. The drivers provided world class service on my entire stay in Miami. I highly recommend. My husband will be sure to book in the future.

We used them twice in the last week. We (4 adults) had them pick us up from the hotel in Miami and bring us to cruise port. On Saturday morning(11/1) our driver Cesar let us know he was on the way. He arrived on time. He was courteous and loaded our luggage. The van was in great condition (like new) was roomy and comfortable. Cesar was a safe driver but also very efficient. If you’ve ever driven in the cruise port you understand. We also hired them to pick us up from cruise port on the following Sunday (11/9) and they took us from Miami cruise port to Ft Lauderdale airport. Manuel was friendly and help load the car and was also a very good driver. This trip we had a very nice and comfortable Chevy suburban. Plenty of room for all of us and our luggage. Manuel had water and snacks available for us which was a nice touch. Oh another clever thing I liked about Manuel was that in the port there are probably 100 black full size luxury SUV’s driving around picking passengers up. We witnessed so many drivers having trouble finding their passengers and vice versa. Manuel had the genius idea of sending us a pick of his vehicle which stood out because he has a American flag on the driver window. We found him as soon as he was in our sight line. So, why 4 stars? (if I could I would give them a 4.8). My only suggested area of improvement is “day of” communication. We actually debarked from ship earlier than anticipated and I tried reaching out to the driver and the main number. We were hoping to move our time up as it was very hot waiting out in the limited shade available. Communication day of was difficult. Now - I will say they did show up at the pre arranged time and everything went well. Just wish there was a better way to communicate on the day of if necessary (we had to wait two hours until our scheduled time) Again this is something I mention as an area to consider for improvement but overall this service and company and the drivers were all great, and we would use them again in the future.
