Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration were quick, prompt, and communicative. Casey Orf was my point of contact and he made sure I understood the process completely and checked in with me regularly leading up to the work being done. I felt as though the price was fair, and I wasn't sold unnecessary products or additional projects. They also got the job finished right before the record breaking snow storm we got when it was cold! I'm so appreciative of the professionalism the whole way through.

He was always quick to respond, encouraging, and gave us top end service. Their product performed exceptionally well. When we had unexpected new damage from an emergency, one call to Casey is all it took and he was on his way and made sure our home was secured and protected from further damage. Miami Valley Roofing was the third company to give my parents an estimate and their adjuster had already been on the roof. The second company had come out the day before Miami Valley Roofing came and found about $1500 worth of damage. This matched within a few hundred of the first company. We also had pictures of the damage. When Miami Valley Roofing came we were astonished to hear that we needed a new roof. The Miami valley employee then showed us pictures of our roof we're about 40 tiles had been peeled back from "wind damage". Obviously the tiles were not peeled back like that the day before Miami valley was on the roof. They literally destroyed our roof in order to quote us a new roof. Unfortunately it seems like the whole industry is a scam but there are some companies that are better than others. We told our insurance adjuster about it and they dealt with it. I am editing this review after they responded. They could not find it because it occured at my parents house. It 100% absolutely happened because my parents home owners insurance lost prevention people came out compare the records and pictures. I am not going to name the because Miami valley ended up being the contractor who did put the roof on because my mom did not know better. The roof is leaked in three places and Miami valley has come out and dealt with the warranty work. Now I will say they've dealt with the warranty work just fine and did everything that they were supposed to and restored our living room ceiling to its original condition. But mind you this happened months after Miami valley had installed their new roof.

Casey Orf was my sales rep. Knowing Casey my whole life, i knew he was the one to turn to for our cutter repairs because he’s a great guy and would stand by the company’s work. A section of the fascia board and gutter separated from the house from all of the recent weather. He and TJ came out within a day or two to give an estimate. I signed a bid agreement that day. The guys who came and did all of the work were great, friendly, and knowledgable. I already have recommended Casey and the team at Miami Valley Roofing for some friends and family. Great experience.

Miami Valley Roofing did an amazing job installing our roof and gutters on our historical property. They left our plot clean, which means a lot when you get a new roof! We were recommended to Miami Valley Roofing from one of fiancee's co-workers. I gave them a call, Anthony came out and inspected the roof and verified the storm damage it had recently received. He helped contact and setup a claim through insurance. He came out to be here when the inspector was here. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly. On the day his crew was scheduled to be out. They showed up bright early and began the tear off. They had tarps around the house and throughout the yard to keep everything protected. They finished up around 5pm. The new roof looks so nice. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend using Miami Valley Roofing if you're in search of a Roofing company to use.

Casey Orf handled the flashing issue with my chimney and roof. The price was reasonable, the customer service was amazing, and the best part, my roof was fixed CORRECTLY. I had another roofer out and got a lower estimate because it wasn't a COMPLETE job. They just wanted to sell me a new roof, which I didn't need! Casey came in with his crew, assessed the situation and explained the whole process. We no longer have a leak and my family and I have peace of mind that is was done right, the first time. We chose Miami Valley Roofing to handle our storm damage. They were amazing to work with from beginning to end. We needed a full replacement of our roof which was 2 layers and some sheeting. We added gutters also. They use only the highest quality of roofing products and upgrades from what other companies were offering for a much better price. The professionalism and communication of the company staff from the owners all the way down the chain to the roofers was impeccable. They worked non stop all day to complete our roof and came back the following week and completed our gutters. They protected our perimeter of the house and our flower gardens with plenty of drop cloths and were mindful of our swimming pool and of our dogs and gates. They rolled magnets around the yard and house at the end of the job numerous times to gather all the nails at the end to ensure that they didn’t leave anything behind that may end up in our tires or our grandchildren’s feet! And we have a beautiful 50 year single that compliments the colors of our home at a price that was more affordable than many of the other companies. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.
