Miami Valley Roofing installed my new roof a couple years ago. I had nothing but wonderful things to say about the whole experience back then. I still absolutely love my roof! Fast forward to now, two years later, I needed an additional vent installed from my furnace room up through my roof. I had a very small window of time given to line up with the plumbing contractor's schedule; but Miami Valley Roofing made it happen! Anthony was wonderful to work with during both jobs. I appreciated the care and commitment to a high level of service that he extended to me. Chelsea was friendly, helpful, and extremely kind throughout the whole process. She kept me informed & went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The vent looks great, you can't even tell that it wasn't done with the original roof installation. Shout out to Frankie for doing such amazing work! I'm very pleased with both of my experiences at Miami Valley Roofing. All around friendly, caring, and highly skilled associates. We were recommended to Miami Valley Roofing from one of fiancee's co-workers. I gave them a call, Anthony came out and inspected the roof and verified the storm damage it had recently received. He helped contact and setup a claim through insurance. He came out to be here when the inspector was here. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He explained the process thoroughly. On the day his crew was scheduled to be out. They showed up bright early and began the tear off. They had tarps around the house and throughout the yard to keep everything protected. They finished up around 5pm. The new roof looks so nice. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend using Miami Valley Roofing if you're in search of a Roofing company to use.

We chose Miami Valley Roofing to handle our storm damage. They were amazing to work with from beginning to end. We needed a full replacement of our roof which was 2 layers and some sheeting. We added gutters also. They use only the highest quality of roofing products and upgrades from what other companies were offering for a much better price. The professionalism and communication of the company staff from the owners all the way down the chain to the roofers was impeccable. They worked non stop all day to complete our roof and came back the following week and completed our gutters. They protected our perimeter of the house and our flower gardens with plenty of drop cloths and were mindful of our swimming pool and of our dogs and gates. They rolled magnets around the yard and house at the end of the job numerous times to gather all the nails at the end to ensure that they didn’t leave anything behind that may end up in our tires or our grandchildren’s feet! And we have a beautiful 50 year single that compliments the colors of our home at a price that was more affordable than many of the other companies. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof.

We needed our siding replaced due to storm damage. All of our interactions with the folks at Miami Valley Roofing were excellent. We had an insurance situation to work out and they did all the hard work of hammering out the details through that process. Chad Reynolds was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and was always quick to the phone if I had any questions. The team did an excellent job and the siding looks phenomenal! Already considering them for another job.

Miami Valley Roofing & Restoration LLC is really a great bunch of professionals! I used them recently to assist in a siding destructive test required for evaluation. From the very start, Casey and Zach were so helpful in preparing us for what was needed, what materials were required, and how the process would go. They also were very helpful in coordinating with the site engineers in ensuring that all of their needs were addressed. All of the removal, required pictures and documentation, and restoration was completed in a timely and professional manner! We are very pleased with everything that they did to make this successful! I was lucky enough to work with Zack on picking out both the best roofing and siding for my house. He was always available for any ideas or minor issues and all was taken care of efficiently. Working with Diego, the head of the team who actually did the work, was amazing. He was meticulous and took pride in the work. The house feels more solid and looks fabulous. I constantly get compliments from my friends and neighbors. I highly recommend this company!

Recently had Miami Valley Roofing replace a wind damaged roof. They were great to work with and the crew itself was awesome! Workmanship was top notch and they were literally on their hands and knees to finish the clean up. Highly recommend using this contractor!

I received this contractor's information from a friend. I had my roof replaced in the summer of 2023 and waited to review to see if I had any issues after install. One year later = zero issues. Anthony explained the process of working with my insurance company step by step and it went EXACTLY as he said. He even helped with filing the initial claim. Whenever I had a question, a quick text to Anthony and a reply followed shortly after. Communication was quick, clear and concise. After install, you were not able to tell anyone was there working because cleanup was so good. If you are looking for someone to handle your roofing needs, look no further. I started getting door to door soliciting from storm damage roof replacement companies, so I finally decided to look into costs. I went to a couple of companies and I ended up going with Miami Valley because of a referral from multiple folks in our neighborhood. I’m so happy we avoided the solicitors because these folks did the right things across the board. Casey came out and gave us the run down on my options, what I would owe, and answered any question we thought of to include the fine print ( I like to read it all). He was there with our insurance adjuster and despite the slow pace of our insurance response, he was there doing what he could and reminding me to ask them for what’s taking them longer than the his past experiences. Install day was here and they started right on time. They had the original roof almost completely torn off in an hour starting around 615am. We took our dogs for a walk around 7 and got a look at how tear off was going. Our entire house was surrounded by tarps protecting our landscaping and outdoor furniture. I watched for a bit but had to leave for work. My wife was home and saw them going around the house with magnets a few times to make sure there were as few nails possible. If you’ve been through these roof replacements before you know it’s impossible to get everything but the level of care and cleanup in the end was amazing compared to our last experience. We really needed that to make sure our dogs and children aren’t stepping on nails in the yard. Again, in my lap around my house I have picked up one nail, and it was because it fell under our garage door. In comparison I picked up hundreds from our last roof repair. Yes you read that right, hundreds… When I returned they were wrapping up around 415. The roof looked amazing. They even painted roof features to match the roof and I’m just overall so impressed. I still am going through settling the insurance claim and paying the remaining balance. It hasn’t rained or gotten windy yet but I have no doubt these folks will take care of any issues if they do arise. Recommending them to others without a doubt! *** Update ~2 months after new roof After some very heavy rainfalls we had a few nails wash up out of our gutters. Like I said before, it’s impossible to get them all. The nail count is still less than 10 for certain which is amazing from my perspective. I had one follow on request from Casey that looked like a gutter either came loose or was moved and not put back on the backyard. He came out and took care of it as soon as he had a job in my area. These folks are great!
