Miami Roof Cleaning Services did a fantastic job on our white tile roof. Their recommendations for care and watering of my plants before and after service was excellent.

Very unprofessional. I got their service because of their review. I am very disappointed. They left stains in the walls. I called them and left them a message instead of fixing the issue they didn't even bothered to call and ask what the issue was. I need to buy a pressure washer to fix the stains they caused. Be aware. Make sure to take photos of your house and walls before and after. I always give good reviews but this company made me post this because of their lack of work ethics. Edit: In response to the owner's comment, the facts on my review are, my walls did not need cleaning before the roof cleaning. I only need cleaning on the sections which got dirty after the roof wash. I added a photo in here. I called the company immediately and reported the issue. They told me that someone would call back but instead I got an email from that saying this was not their fault. it was unfortunately. I did not respond to the email immediately because I needed to take photos to show the problem exactly. They claim that I was lying since I did not email the same day. At that point, I still did not give a bad review and waited for them to accept the problem and ask for solution. I never want to give any business bad review, actually it is the first time (my all other reviews are 5 stars). What upsets me is not the mistake they did with the cleaning (they could fix in 5 minutes), it is sad that they dont call, investigate and dont believe my review. So I suggest everyone, please take photos before they clean your roof and after. That way hopefully they will believe you. I suggest the business owner that you can make mistake but making your customers is easier than making them upset. Just listen to them instead of claiming that they dont tell the truth.
