We had wifi problems today and we spent long time with Breezeline on the phone trying to solve it. It was like almost an hour and still they couldn’t figure it out. Finally they offered to send a technician and that was the best thing that could happen, because they send a technician from Miami All Tech Solutions and that is a contact that for sure we are going to keep for future tech needs. This technician came and with a confident professional friendly attitude he solved the problems very efficiently. We felt we were in good hands from the start. Important to note that Breezline had given us a time window from 4:30pm to 6:30pm that was going to probably ruin our Saturday afternoon but he came at 3:30! This never happens in Miami. Thank you!

I was very pleased with my technician who opened my new printer for my I-pad and had it working in 20 minutes. Very pleased with his work.

Luis did a great job installing my ring . He arrived on time and was extremely professional. We had some WiFi issues. Luis handled the situation with patience and made sure everything was working perfectly. He also did work for my 85 year old mother and made sure she understood how to use the app and change batteries. Not a small feat with an older person. We highly recommend him for any tech needs. This is a 5 Star IT company, we had a lot of issues on the internet of our house in Miami Beach. Technician check cables at the entrance of the property where the Internet comes from the street. Then, he check the main box of the house and finally next to the modem. He discover that a cable connector was the issue. He changed all cables connectors and fixed the issue. Thank you for all your help.

My Breezeline internet connection had been intermittent for weeks. A few techs came out beforehand but did not resolve the issue. A tech from this company came today. He identified the problem, resolved it and ensured that I got the speeds I was paying for. Fantastic job!

I don’t how the tech does it but he is the one to deal with cables and any technical issues we have ran into. Very knowledgeable and kind.
