OK for Windows devices, I will avoid in future for Apple repairs. Happy with the quick repair to my damaged desktop. Quoted £285 to repair an IPad. Arrived to pick up and was asked to pay. AFTER paying I was then told that it was not possible to fix FaceID function of the device. This is an essential function for my use, but was told it was not possible to know this could not be fixed before the other parts of the device were repaired. I think an offer of a discount on the repair would have been appropriate but, as payment was taken in advance, this did not seem to be worth discussing. Apple repairs are outsourced to a third party so maybe this was a factor too, Windows devices are fixed in store and, as I say, this service was fine.

I'm very happy with the service provided by the team at MH Tech Centre. I spilt water on my laptop. They investigated quickly and kept me updated. They were able to clean the motherboard and get my laptop back working within a week, saving me a lot of money (the cost of replacing the motherboard entirely). I recommend this company.

My daughters laptop had totally crashed, M H tech was able to recover all data (some that was really important and couldn't be replaced) reset the laptop. Reinstall windows and then put all recovered data back on. Really knowledgeable, friendly and would definitely recommend.

Did a fantastic job on my son's pc. Took it in with a CPU error reading on the motherboard. Fixed within 24 hours, and they also went above and beyond replacing the CPU cooling fan and adding a brace to the graphics card. A fantastic service.

Enquired over email and first company to contact back promptly and out of hours too, offering me soloutions to what I perceived an unfixable problem and offering to see my devices asap! Very reassuring and great advice, was quickly looked at and regularly updated on both devices clear explanation of cost. They even offered to recycle my unusable device and offered me a reduction in the cost of my repairs which was amazing! After damaging the screen on my Apple iPad Pro, the guys at MH Tech Centre were able to do the replacement quickly and at a far better price than taking it to Apple in Leicester. Friendly and professional service and I would definitely use them again!
