I had a great experience with MGS Construction. They built a beautiful patio for us on really short notice. The price was reasonable and the quality is exceptional. They also finished the project ahead of schedule. MGS was recommended to us by our basement contractor. Marlon coordinated the timing of the project with the basement contractor, which gave me peace of mind knowing that everyone was on the same page. The final product exceeded our expectations. I love it!

I reached out for maintenance of my pavers that were installed in 2022 for re-sanding. Keep in mind Miguel was not the contractor I used in 2022. Miguel spotted imperfections and the fact that settling had occurred which he could have just let go and sanded and left, but he did not do that and I appreciate his honesty. Miguel will be who I use going forward to maintain my pavers. He is fair and honest and will stand by his quote. I opted to pay more than what was quoted because Miguel did a FABULOUS job and more than was asked. My pavers look like they did day one and a client can not ask for more than that. MGS Construction LLC will be my go to in the future. I like that Miguel makes recommendations on what needs to be done and his recommendations are to help you avoid costly repairs in time to come. Thank you Miguel for bringing my pavers back to condition that will withstand the upcoming cold weather and elements fall/winter will bring.
