MGA provided top notch service and communication for my Tesla repair. They did have to keep the car for little over a month as Tesla parts take time to obtain, but they were in communication with me the entire time and provided weekly updates. The body work done itself is professional and perfect, no issues whatsoever. They did provide a loaner vehicle as well when my insurance ran out for the rental. Thank you for helping me through this ordeal! Shoutouts to Meghan and Manny for the great service.

They had my heavily damaged car for almost four months but I didn’t mind all that much because I was away from home for about half that time anyway. They took their time but I’m sure the repair of the structural damage to my car was done right, the body parts look good and I was pleased with the result! Meghan was very helpful in keeping me informed about how the repairs were going and they provided a pretty nice Mercedes-Benz loaner car for about a week when I came home and needed a car to get to work and then after I dropped the loaner car off, paid for an Uber ride to the airport and delivered my car to my house, replacing a full tank of gas that was a year old and had to be drained after the repairs were completed. I’m very happy with the level of service that I received from MGA Collision Center and recommend them highly! 😊👍

I can’t say enough good things about MGA Collision Center. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They kept me updated every step of the way, helped coordinate a rental car, and handled all the communication with Geico which made the entire process completely stress-free for me. Most importantly, the quality of work on my Genesis G80 was absolutely outstanding. The car honestly looks better than when it left the factory. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride in their work really shows. If you’re looking for a body shop you can truly trust, MGA Collision Center is it. Highly recommend.

This was one of the most pleasant car experiences I’ve had. Everyone working was so friendly and nice and made me feel welcomed. They were able to buff out some scrapes on my tesla at no charge at all and it looks great! Would easily go back and recommend this place to anyone that needs work on their car.

I called in and asked for an estimate for some slight damage to my 2007 Hummer H2. I was asked to send in pictures due to myself living in Wickenburg, So I sent all of the pictures as well as video footage of what damage my Vehichle sustained I was told to let them look over the photos and they would get me an estimate by the next day or two. So over the course of 15 DAYS! Nothing but excuses about why the estimate was still not completed. I was told by the alleged owner Meghan, On the 13th day awaiting. That an estimate was going to be emailed to me within a few minutes. It never happened. So then the following week on the day of the 15th day of waiting, I spoke to Mike, and he advised me that they had no interest in repairing my vehicle. So wasted half of a month, to be told that they would not want to work on my vehicle. Or at least furnish an estimate. If Maegan is the actual owner that I personally spoke to. I hope that you are reading this. Because although I was never a customer, I will now definitely never be a customer. Because your company has wasted my time. I have only so much time with a rental car while the repairs are being done. Your company cannot be trusted, and is an absolute disgrace! Not one person called with an apology, or any type of recommendation for another shop to do the repairs to eventually get the repairs done in a timely manner. UPDATE December 2 See attached text It took over 5 weeks and this company could not provide an estimate. The Owner contacted me several times stating that they were still trying to locate parts due to most are discontinued. The last two phone conversations that I had with the owner were recorded. Also I did not advise her that I was recording her. I will be posting both of those conversations in the future. Meghan, Who claimed to be the owner sure acted the part as far as trying her best to get things done. All I needed was an estimate to give to my insurance company, So that the repairs could begin. Apparently, that was too much to ask from MGA Collision Center . The only thing that they have proven to me is incompetence, lack of integrity, and perfecting stalling tactics.

Paint match looks great and they finish in exactly a week! When I went to pick up my car was still in service mode and when I took it off my car had a headlight fault. They forgot to plug the headlight back in. Also some burns in the clear coat from buffing but I got the headlight reconnected and the paint polished out and looks good. Besides those issues very happy.

The service was top notch. I received great communication from start to finish. Not to mention these guys provided a loaner vehicle which was a huge bonus. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I have added a before and after. The car looks brand new again. Thank you MGA Collision!

Great body shop to work with! They handled everything with insurance seamlessly and even helped procure a rental car for me, which made the whole process stress-free. The repair was completed in a timely manner, and the communication throughout was excellent. My vehicle looks like nothing ever happened. I certainly hope I don’t need their services again, but I would absolutely take my car back if that day comes.

Great overall experience here. Everyone was friendly, professional, and thorough. They did a fantastic job on my cracked bumper and turned the repair around quickly. They offer a courtesy car which is great, and I arrived to find my vehicle completely cleaned inside and out. Would highly recommended
