Not only did he take care of my issue, but he also took the time to educate me about other vacuum options that might better suit my needs after I shared my experiences with previous ones I’ve owned. He’s easy to talk to, honest, and genuinely eager to help. It’s so refreshing to find a local shop that truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

Turns out, I had a sock stuck in it the whole time! The owner figured it out quickly and was super thorough in explaining everything. When I went to pick it up, it looked brand new! The price was very reasonable, and more than anything, the owner was so friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend if you want honest service and real vacuum knowledge.

Mr. Lenny is the most knowledgeable person I know in the vacuum world 😂😂😂😂 He helped me choose the right vacuum for my home since I have a baby at home and white carpet….. I went to his shop with a messed up vacuum thinking it was fixable but it was a disaster. I left with a brand new vacuum, which was a bit expensive, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. I will never buy another vacuum with going to Metuchen Vacuum Center and talking to Lenny. He is so knowledgeable about vacuums and rug cleaners. He will make sure you get the best product in your price range. In addition, he is excellent at repairs. He will get your machine up and running. He is very busy because he is the best in the business. Sometimes people think they are the only customer he has and can get unreasonable when they need to listen to what he has to say and wait for their turn to have their machine fixed. But he takes care of all his customers with the best service. Don’t waste your time at any other vacuum store or repair shop. Lenny is the best!
